用钠蒸气还原EuPO4合成了新化合物NaEuPO4其结构属三方晶系.空间群P3ml,a=549.9(2),c=696.1(2)pm,Z=2,Dx=4.917g·cm(-3),Glaserite(KNaSO4)晶型.在晶体中铕(Ⅱ)和钠离子有序地分布在四个C(3V)格位上,具双中心荧光发射389.2,465.6nm.它与NaBaPO4可形成无限固溶体并且有很强的荧光.还报道了红外图谱.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization and thermal decomposition mechanism of cetyltrimethyl ammonium tetrathiotungstate (CTriMATT) were studied herein. The as-synthesized CTriMATT was characterized by Elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), Ultraviolet visible (UV-Vis) spectra. The results showed that the as-synthesized CTriMATT had high purity and good crystallinity. The introduction of alkyl groups induced a shift of the stretching vibration band of W-S bond to lower wavenumber, while it had no influence on the position of WS4^2-. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and in situ XRD characterizations revealed that CTriMATT began to decompose at 423 K in nitrogen and was converted to WS2 eventually. In addition, the decomposition product of CTriMATT at 673 K in nitrogen was characterized by N2 adsorption (BET) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results demonstrated that WS2 with higher specific surface area, and pore volume could be obtained from the thermal decomposition of CTriMATT in nitrogen.  相似文献

The kinetics of cluster formation in supersonic jets is examined by numerical integration of the master equation system. Some general characteristics of cluster kinetics could be formulated. Excellent agreement between experimental curves of p-cresol (H2O)0, 1, 2, 3 formation as function of H2O pressure and the corresponding calculated curves were obtained assuming successive cluster formation. From the kinetic curves, an unambiguous assignment of cluster size was possible which agreed with mass-resolved REMPI measurements. The fit of the rate coefficients shows the formation of p-cresol (H2O)1 to be faster than p-cresol (H2O)2 and p-cresol (H2O)3.  相似文献

建立了同步辐射X荧-光(SRXRF)定量测定生物样品等电聚焦(IEF)分离后蛋白条带内的微量元素Fe、Cu和Zn的方法。用薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶分离人血红蛋白后,用SRXRF测定了各亚型条带内的金属含量,用加一定量金属的含蛋白聚丙烯酰胺凝胶做SRXRF定量测定蛋白条带内微量元素Fe、Cu和Zn的定量标准,校准曲线线性回归系数r在0~8μg/g范围内均大于0.99;检出限分别为2.43、1.12和0.96μg/g;测定蛋白条带内Fe和Zn的回收率分别为90.4%和115.7%。该联用技术可用于生物样品中微量元素的化学形态分析,同时给出蛋白质的微量元素组成和等电点等信息。  相似文献

A new HPLC coupled with evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD) method has been developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of seven major saponins, namely macranthoidin B (1), macranthoidin A (2), dipsacoside B (3), hederagenin-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(6-->1)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4), macranthoside B (5), macranthoside A (6), and hederagenin-3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl(2-->1)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (7) in Flos Lonicerae, a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herb. Simultaneous separation of these seven saponins was achieved on a C18 analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of (A) acetonitrile-acetic acid (95:0.5) and (B) 0.5% aqueous acetic acid using a gradient elution of 29%A at 0-10 min, 29-46%A at 10-25 min and 46%A at 25-30 min. The drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 106 degrees C, and with the nitrogen flow-rate of 2.6 l/min. All calibration curves showed good linear regression (r2>0.9922) within test ranges. This method showed good reproducibility for the quantification of these seven saponins in Flos Lonicerae with intra- and inter-day variations of less than 3.0% and 6.0%, respectively. The validated method was successfully applied to quantify seven saponins in five sources of Flos Lonicerae, which provides a new basis of overall assessment on quality of Flos Lonicerae.  相似文献

During a comparison study of the fast atom bombardment (FAB) and electron impact mass spectra of 1-organyl-2,9,10-trioxa-6-aza-1-silatricyclo[4.3.3.01,6]dodecanes, an unusual ion peak at m/z 164 was noticed in the FAB spectra. Accurate mass measurement indicated that m/z 164 corresponds to protonated 1-[N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-1-propanol (BHAP), which is produced by a ring-rupture reaction. Further experiment showed that the intensity of the [BHAP + H]+ ion peak increased markedly as the 7keV Ar0 bombardment proceeded, suggesting a FAB-induced reaction. A photocatalytic oxidation method for determination of chemical oxygen demand (COD) using nano-TiO2 film, based on the use of a nano-TiO2-Ce(SO4)2 system and electrochemical detection, was proposed. The technique was originated from the direct determination of the Ce(Ⅲ) concentration change resulting from photocatalytic oxidation of organic compounds. Ce(Ⅲ), which was produced by photocatalytic reduction of Ce(SO4)2, could be measured at a multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) chemically modified electrode (CME). The COD values by this method were calculated from the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) current of Ce(Ⅲ) at the CME. Under the optimal operation conditions, the detection limit of 0.5 mg·L^-1 COD with the linear range of 1-600 mg·L^-1 was achieved. This method was also applied to determination of various COD of ground water and wastewater samples. The resuits were in good agreement with those from the conventional COD methods, i.e., permanganate and dichromate ones.  相似文献

A new hydrogen peroxide biosensor was constructed, which consisted of a platinum electrode modified by a matrix of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and nanometer-sized Ag colloid containing immobilized horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and using Co(bpy)33+ as mediator in the hydrogen peroxide solution. The electrochemical characteristics of the biosensor were studied by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The modified process was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The HRP immobilized on colloidal Ag was stable and retained its biological activity. The sensor displays excellent electrocatalytic response to the reduction of H2O2. Analytical parameters such as pH and temperature were also studied. Linear calibration for H2O2 was obtained in the range of 1×10–5 to 1×10–2 M under optimized conditions. The sensor was highly sensitive to H2O2, with a detection limit of 2×10–6 M, and the sensor achieved 95% of steady-state current within 10 s. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity, selectivity and stability.  相似文献
